RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy is simple: We will gladly accept a return within 21 days from your shipment date for merchandise credit. Items must be in as-new condition and be returned in the original packaging complete with all components. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item(s) to us. We are not responsible for items lost-in-transit; so, we recommend that you use a shipping method with a tracking number that insures the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All items are handmade and may have slight irregularities due to the natural cuts and colors of the stones. They are paired to be as specific a match as possible.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped and insured with UPS. Shipping method is determined by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

Additionally, we only display the last four digits of your credit card number on the Order Confirmation page and require a card security code (CSC or CVV) and zip code be submitted when ordering online or over the telephone.

PRODUCT COLORS
Meredith A. Jackson Jewerly Design has made every effort to display products as accurately as possible. Due to each userʼs computer monitor, the displayed colors of the product may differ. If an itemʼs color causes you to return the item, a store credit will be issued as long as the return falls within MAJ Design’s Return Policy. MAJ Design shall not be held responsible for color differences on custom orders.
PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Meredith A. Jackson Jewelry Design makes every effort to have accurate pricing and availability updated on the website. Due to limited quantity occasionally a product may be discontinued or out-of-stock. Should an item be purchased that is out-of-stock or an anticipated delivery is beyond what is estimated on the website, a full refund will be issued in the method paid if another product offering is declined. Product prices are subject to change. MAJ Design is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price.

Meredith A. Jackson Jewelry Design reserves the right to modify all Policies at any time, this includes, but is not limited to, Privacy, Product Pricing and Product Availability.
